Yoga - not for me. Having tried it twice in my twenties, it was obvious that focus was key. Also a strong sphincter muscle helped. In my twenties I had one, but not the other. Now in my fifties I still have one but not the other - just not the same one.
The focus and the sphincter (sounds like a book title) - were linked. Somebody's slack sphincter caused me to lose focus and give up on yoga for many years. So, when it was suggested I might like to join a group of friends at a private yoga session, I thought - not for me. But ...perhaps it is.
I can certainly focus more easily and am less prone to giggling when downward dogging. It's a challenge to bend over and touch my toes, but I find that I like that challenge and want to improve my flexibility and strength. I've even got an app so that I can practise in between classes.
Of course it's early days and yoga might go the way of the many other activities/clubs/classes/projects etc etc I've started. I hope not. Plus my sphincter muscle is holding up well which bodes well for the future.
